Educational Qualification and Experience:

Deputy General Manager (Vigilance)

  • MBA/ Two years PG Degree/Diploma in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare / MSW/MA (Public administration)/ LlB from a recognised University/Institution with minimum of 60% marks.
  • 10 years post qualification experience of working at Officer Level in a Govt./PSU/Organization, out of which 5 years should be in a Managerial position (equal to E-2 level of NSC) in Vigilance Department of a Govt. office/ PSU/ organization having manpower of more than 500 regular employees’ Should be well versed and have working experience in all aspects of vigilance including its monitoring/reporting system applicable to PSUs and applicable Laws/Manuals.
  • Those working in PSUs/Govt’ should have 2 years experience in the next below scale of Rs.60000-100000 OR 5 years experience in the scale of pay of Rs. 50000-160000 and above or equivalent in related field.

Assistant (Legal) Grade-I

  • Professional degree in Law from a recognised university.
  • One year experience of handling legal matters in a reputed organization or with experienced Advocate.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS office) shall be desirable. The departmental candidates who are law graduates working in the next below post for two years having aptitude to work in Legal Department will also be considered on merits, along with others.

Management Trainee (Production)

  • B.Sc.(Agri.) plus MBA(Agri. Business Management) oR M.SC (Agri) with specialization in  Agronomy/ Seed Technology/ Plant Breeding & Genetics from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% marks.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS office) is mandatory.

Management Trainee (Marketing)

  • B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Mktg./ Agri. Business Management) full time or 2 years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Agri. Business Management oR M.Sc. (Agri) from a recognised University/ lnstitution with minimum 60% marks.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS office) is mandatory.

Management Trainee (Human Resource)

  • Two years full time PG Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour welfare / HR Management OR Two years full time MBA (HRM) from a recognized university / Institution with minimum 60% marks.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS office) is mandatory.

Management Trainee (Legal)

  • Professional Degree in Law from a recognized Indian University/ Institution with minimum 55% marks.
  • Those having LLM qualification or Post Graduation Diploma in Labour Law/ Administrative
    Law/ Corporate Law, in addition to the Law Degree shall be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Management Trainee (Quality Control)

  • M.Sc.(Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy/ Seed Technology/ Plant Breeding & Genetics from a recognized University / Institution with minimum 60% marks.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Sr. Trainee (Agriculture)

  • M.Sc.(Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy/ Seed Tech/ Plant Breeding & Genetics with minimum 55% marks from a recognised university/ Institution.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Sr. Trainee (Human Resource)

  • MBA(HR)/ Two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management / Labour welfare / MSW with minimum 55% marks from a recognised University/ lnstitution.
  • In addition to above, candidate should have knowledge of MS-Office.

Sr. Trainee (Logistics)

  • MBA (Materials Management/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ supply Chain Management) OR B.Sc. (Agri.) with MBA (Agri. Business Management) with minimum 55% marks in both from a recognised University / Institution.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Sr. Trainee (Quality Control)

  • M.Sc.(Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy/ Seed Tech./ Plant Breeding & Genetics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory

Diploma Trainee (Electrical Engineering)

  • Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. recognized Polytechnic / lnstitution.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS office) is mandatory.

Trainee (Agriculture)

  • B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 60% marks from recognised University.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory

Trainee (Marketing)

  • B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 60% marks from recognised University.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Trainee (Store)

  • B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 60% marks from recognised University.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Trainee (Technician): 

  • ITI ‘certificate in relevant trade of Diesel Mechanic/ Tractor Mechanic, Machineman, Auto Electrician, welder, Blacksmith with minimum 60% marks and one year trade apprenticeship training in any industry and passed NAC Examination conducted by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Trainee (Store Engineering)

  • Diploma in Agriculture Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from  Govt. recognised Polytechnic/ Institution.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Trainee (Stenographer)

  • Sr. Secondary & equivalent with three years Diploma in Office Management with minimum of 60% marks with Stenography from Govt. recognized Polytechnic OR Graduate from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks preferably with Certificate course of Stenography.
  • Proficiency in computer operation (including MS Office) working knowledge of Hindi language,
    Office Management and excellent communication skills is necessary.
  • The candidate shall be required to pass Shorthand Test at a speed of 100 wpm in English and Computer Typing Test at a speed of 35 wpm in English respectively.
  • For the Final Merit list 50% weightage of marks will be taken from marks secured in written examination and 50% weightage will be taken from marks secured in Shorthand Test & Computer Typing Test.

Trainee (Quality Control)

  • B.Sc.(Agri.) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institution.
  • Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) is mandatory.

Trainee (Data Entry Operator)

  • BCA/ B.Sc. (computer Science/IT) OR 3 years Diploma in Engg in (Computer Application/ computer Science /IT/ Electronics) OR Graduate with 1 year Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognised University/ Institution with minimum 60% marks.

Trainee Mate (Agri.)

  • Intermediate in Agriculture/ Sr. secondary (12th) or equivalent in Science with Biology as one of the subjects with sound physique. Knowledge and experience in agriculture related field will be desirable.

Note: Minimum marks is Not applicable for existing Departmental Candidates.

A candidate should apply for ONLY ONE POST (in individual Group i.e I,II, III,IV) however, candidate applying in Management Trainee / Trainee / Trainee (Mate) posts can also apply for Sr. Trainee/Diploma Trainee post or vice-versa as the written examination shall be conducted in two shifts (Morning shift – Management Trainee / Trainee / Trainee Mate and in Afternoon shift – Sr. Trainee/Diploma Trainee / Assistant (Legal) Gd. I).
